Rachel Heibein is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She graduated from George Washington University with a master’s degree in nursing in 2016. She has worked as an adult primary care nurse practitioner in Baltimore from 2016-2023 and is looking forward to joining the NCARD team in 2024. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Rachel was a critical care nurse for 5 years at the University of Maryland Medical Center. Her time off is spent with her husband and 3 daughters.
